The Finance Data and Experiences organization (FD&E) builds scaled solutions that enable Microsoft to run its end-to-end business more effectively and efficiently. FD&E operates within the business and has trusted delivery partnerships across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. Responsibilities
A Technical Program Manager leads and develops the process and products and services typically involving large, complex cross-functional implementation with multiple internal teams or external partners. Leads efforts such as designing product architecture and solutions to complex technical needs, identifying trends in product quality and performance to define or change existing features; prioritizing and delivering on the roadmap; managing project schedules and release plans; monitoring product/service performance and driving continuous improvement in quality, profitability, supportability, and delivery.
Acts as technical advisor with customers to evangelize products, solicit feedback, and support field sellers where needed. Designs and drives programs and/or product changes that address customer needs and business priorities.
Manage Stakeholder engagements and define the metrics by which we measure and judge successful outcomes, and you will work with engineering to create sophisticated methods for creating and measuring progress towards those outcomes.

You will execute, deliver, and communicate results and status across all levels of the organization.
You will execute on Business and Rhythum of Business ROB - Finance / Accounting
You will execute on Project planning and kickoffs.
You will Identify dependency and risk management, critical path, and triage.
Deliver Strategy and Roadmap with defined outcomes, Returns On Investment (ROI) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
You will possess analytical data mining, entity relationships, datasets, and metrics.
You will develop and maintainappropriate tools within the MS Fabric and Synapse environment, including dashboards, reports, data visualizations, apps, self-service platforms, chat bots, and copilots that effectively tell the story of analyses and push for actionable insights.
You will synthetize details across analyses and reporting platforms into a cohesive narrative that informs business decisions and identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and presentation quality.
You will guide others to ensure that presented results are accessible, accurate, clear, and relevant, influencing decision-making for the intended audience(s).

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development, business analytics, data science, software development, data modeling or data engineering work
OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
2+ years experience in development using PowerApps, Power BI, and Fabric.
*Additional or Preferred Qualifications: *
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Enthusiasm for building highly scalable, reliable, Finance data solutions.
Real Estate knowledge.
Experience with cloud services on Azure is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Finance data and business rhythms a plus.
Experience with or exposure to Agile and iterative development processes.
Ability to ramp up quickly on new technologies.
Ability to communicate clearly across teams and executives.
Effective analytical skills with a systematic and structured approach
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
