What you will do:

As a Quality Assurance Technician , you will be responsible for inspecting purchased materials, final inspection of finished devices, and process non-conforming material. You will also be responsible for the following:

  • Perform incoming inspection per inspection plan requirements

  • Perform the acceptance of finished devices as the final quality release

  • Prioritize multiple product lines of varying speeds and volumes to ensure a steady flow of released material.

  • Identify, document, segregate, evaluate, & disposition non-conforming material

  • Maintain compliance in a highly regulated environment for Class III medical devices following good documentation practices (GDP)

  • Participate in lean projects to improve organization efficiency

  • Cross functional collaboration, including but not limited to, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure coordination of activities

What you need:

  • High School or GED Preferred

  • 1 – 2 years of relevant experience (Ex: Inspection, Material Handling/Coordinating, Warehouse fulfillment experience) Preferred

  • Intermediate PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and more with assistance
