Location: remote, but need to be able to work PST time zone
Pay Range: $65-$70 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our team! This role will drive impactful process improvement efforts across the organization using the Lean Six Sigma methodology. You’ll be instrumental in enhancing service management, reporting governance, and executing continuous improvement initiatives that will impact both your team and the larger organization.
What You'll Do:
Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Plan and execute projects, integrating technical activities to meet goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and leadership teams.
Team Management: Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate employees, ensuring team competence and growth.
Process Optimization: Analyze resources, market demand, and technology to assess project feasibility and drive efficiency.
Contract and Budget Management: Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and product designs.
Leadership and Strategy: Provide leadership support, mentoring, and performance feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate continuous improvement projects from initiation to execution.
Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives by managing metrics, workflows, and reporting.
Support leadership teams with executive-level reporting and strategic insights.
Leverage Lean Six Sigma tools to optimize processes and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
What We're Looking For:
7+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis, and Project Management.
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt required).
Strong ability to present and influence leadership teams , especially in executive-level reporting .
Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) , metrics, and KPI development.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
PMP or PMI certification is preferred.
Expertise in MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio .
