PAC Worldwide Marketing Intern in Redmond, Washington

Description Job Summary: The Marketing Internship at PAC Worldwide gives a comprehensive view of the marketing function and activities at our B2B packaging company. Our program will give the intern the opportunity to learn about: * Email Marketing * Website & Digital Marketing * Design & Branding * Sales and Lead Generation * Product Management & Research * PR & Events * Sales Tools * Video & Photography While learning about each function you will get assignments related to each function as well as ongoing assignments in lead generation and digital asset management. You are inquisitive and strongly desire to learn from your colleagues. You are passionate about doing the right thing and displaying honesty and integrity in all your actions. The Marketing Intern role is a 10-week program, 32 hours a week, and will be supervised by the Director of Marketing.The role will be based at our Corporate Office in Redmond, WA and will be paid a minimum wage of $16.28/hour and is not eligible for benefits. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Work with the team to develop promotional materials and content such as website copy, product sales sheets, and more. * Proactively find leads and sources for the sales team to follow up on * Assist with daily content tasks, including content development and digital asset management. * Website leads triage. * Provide secondary research support on projects. * Assist with custom PPT's. * Marketing lists maintenance & segmentation * Keep all online content error-free, up-to-date and consistent. Qualifications: * You are currently working towards a marketing or marketing adjacent degree * BA/BS degree in marketing or a related field. * Detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, and capable of dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities. * Interest in learning about marketing automation, CRM and website analytics tools (e.g., Act-On, Dynamics 365, Google Analytics). * Ability to complete assignments on time and as directed. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * High attention to detail and focus on quality. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Physical Demands/Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
