Our client is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Landscape Maintenance Sr. Account Manager to join our team in Maltby, WA. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Foster strong client relationships through consistent, proactive communication to address landscaping needs and ensure satisfaction.
Property Oversight: Regularly visit properties to ensure they meet client standards and resolve issues as they arise.
Collaboration: Partner with the Enhancement Manager to manage open items, bid requests, and opportunities for improvement.
Crew Management: Lead and schedule crews, manage daily assignments, and mentor team members for success.
Resource Allocation: Ensure crews have the tools, knowledge, and support needed to perform their tasks efficiently.
Budget Management: Track costs, operate within budgets, and collaborate with the Director of Operations on deviations.
Administrative Coordination: Work closely with admin support to ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing.
Adaptability: Be flexible and ready to adjust plans to meet unexpected challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in landscaping or an ornamental horticulture degree/certification.
3+ years of experience in property management and irrigation (repairs, installs, troubleshooting).
Knowledge of PNW plants, pests, diseases, and pruning/planting techniques.
Experience with bonsai, Japanese maples, and specimen plants is a plus.
Proven ability to lead and manage crews of 3-12 people effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish a plus).
WA State pesticide license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
WA State driver’s license with a clean record.
Knowledge of safety guidelines and experience working in outdoor environments.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Extensive handling, moving materials, and working in varying weather conditions.
