Land and Expand (LXP) Product Marketing Manager is the mainstream AI signal-driven operational model that empowers Microsoft’s Field to drive the virtuous cycle of revenue and usage growth for the Modern Work and Security businesses. In concrete terms, LXP provides unified methodologies, alignment, and a well-curated set of digital signals and insights to the Field through multiple surfaces such as dashboards, backend data, and program catalogs. LXP facilitates opportunity discovery, account targeting and prioritization, progress tracking and reporting across the entire customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities
LXP Analytics support, both scheduled and quick-turn adhoc investigations and inquiries
Oversee and deliver timely and accurate planning, forecasting, and close rhythm of the business (ROB)
Improve efficiency and effectiveness of core metric activities through enhanced reporting, automation, process excellence and detailed analytics
Be a trusted advisor to business partners and enable our organization to hit key goals
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Solution Play leads, Microsoft customer and partner solutions (MCAPS) and engineering

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Experience Independently collecting, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics (e.g., Key Performance (KPIs)) to derive deep insights and implication that change or improve Go-to-Market plans, tactics, and outcomes.
Experience Helping to propose new and leverage existing customer listening systems (e.g., feedback from the field, in product telemetry, etc.) to address challenges, improve experiences, and remove sales blockers/product inhibitors.
Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $83,400 - $167,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $108,900 - $183,000 per year.
