Job Description:

Work with hiring and delivery managers to determine the talent needs of the team/client. Use professional networking sites like LinkedIn and job portals like Dice, Monster and Career Builder to get in touch with the best available candidates. Ensure the CSI (Candidate Sourcing Information or Job Description) forms properly define the needs of the team/client. Ensure to use the right criteria to find the best candidates. Collect, process, and analyze the information about candidates including resumes. Plan the interview and selection process including technical screening discussions. Work with external talent agencies to fulfil the talent requirements of the organization. Implement employee referral initiatives within the organization. Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing, interviews, compensation negotiation, HR discussion, background checks and onboarding. Work with internal CoE teams to improve and enhance the internal talent acquisition tools and candidate onboarding systems. Analyze previous branding initiatives of the organization and help optimize the future ones. Ensure compliance on team metrics related to JPR (Joiners Per Recruiter) and Renege (Offer to Drop Ratio). Prepare weekly reports and dashboards on important hiring data pertaining to demand, supply, fulfilment, and trends to the leadership team. Responsible for cross utilization of best practices and mentoring/training the team on tools and talent acquisition initiatives. Work with Sales team by providing important market dipstick (talent availability, compensation, and challenges) crucial for winning new business. Establish long-term relations with potential and previous candidates who may later fill new positions. Travel & work at client sites as assigned. Travel will be solely domestic travel and may occur 1 -- 3 times a year. The positions requires that the employee work at various unanticipated work locations throughout the U.S. This language is consistent to prior guidance for roving positions as per the Farmer Memo which controls. To reiterate this positions has no frequent travel requirement.

 

Job Requirements:

 

Requires Bachelor's degree* or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (Any), Information Technology, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered, or related role. *Employer will accept a combination of education and experience as determined by a qualified evaluation service as equivalent to a Bachelor's degree. Base Salary: $60,632 - $61,000 (whatever range we reasonably expect to hire a candidate within based upon our internal salary grid). Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law. Travel & work at client sites as assigned. Travel will be solely domestic travel and may occur 1 -- 3 times a year.
