Microsoft Corporation Finance Manager in Redmond, Washington
The Cloud & AI Cloud Infrastructure, Planning & Delivery (CISPD) finance team is an exciting and fast-evolving finance team at the forefront of Microsoft’s Cloud-first strategy. The CISPD finance team is responsible for supporting delivering cloud capacity at the right time, right place and right cost. We are seeking a Finance Mangaer to manage end-to-end our AI and Cloud capital expenditure (CAPEX) investment and capital expenditure approval process from across the company.

Responsibilities
The role requires a high degree of organization, agility, and skill in navigating multiple high-level stakeholders. To be successful, the individual needs to be highly collaborative, self-motivated, and curious. You will work directly with finance and business leaders of the company, and play a key role in shaping future AI investments.
Spearhead the CAPEX funding request process on a monthly basis
Enhance and automate existing process to support multiple stakeholders across various functions/organizations
Parnter with engineering leaders on capital investments
Be a champion for diversity and inclusion

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field
OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, finance, or related field
OR equivalent experience.
This role requires you to be onsite in Redmond, WA hub 3 days a week.
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
