Responsibilities

The successful candidate will bring a combination of finance and business acumen, leadership, and influencing skills to this space to drive outstanding financial results in close alignment with our business partners. The role is to work with cross-functional teams on long range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and go to market execution across a portfolio of programs.

  • Perform analysis and research of present and future performance to deliver key business insights and recommended growth strategies. Provide insightful financial analysis of business results, including monthly financial reviews with senior leadership

  • Build financial forecasts to enable predictability and accuracy. Proactively understand risks and opportunities. Develop long range plans and business scenario analysis

  • Partner and influence key Stakeholders across cross-functional teams. Work closely with other team members across teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and key business assumptions. Build solid working relationships that foster an environment of collaboration and information exchange.

  • Develop reports and communications that are audience specific to ensure clarity, drive alignment, and enable effective management and decision-making

  • Improve efficiency and effectiveness of core finance activities through enhanced reporting, automation, process excellence and detailed analytics.Simplify and automate processes, systems and tools in respective finance areas to enable scale

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field

  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field

  • OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7+ years related financial analysis work experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in team collaboration, and business/stakeholder partnership

  • Financial analysis & modeling skills.

  • Able to handle multiple workstreams in a fast-paced change management- Fail fast and learn.

  • Able to handle diverse stakeholders with a high degree of ambiguity - Be relentless and think outside the box

  • A track record of influencing the business through initiative and in bringing proactive financial analysis and insight.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

  • Knowledge of industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
