Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant III

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to support an executive at the EVP level. This role provides the opportunity to support a team working in the healthcare space, which is very interesting for a tech company. The executive mainly works with external teams, customers, and stakeholders, so this position will frequently interact with external parties. This is a fully remote position within the US, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone. The role involves managing the executive's calendar, providing travel support, and sorting through and prioritizing emails. This is a highly visible role supporting a well-respected and well-known executive in the healthcare space.

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 5 years experience supporting Executives

  • Minimum 5 years experience with strong calendaring skills in Outlook

  • Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Minimum 5 years experience working as an Executive Assistant

Soft Skills

  • Detail-oriented

  • Proactive communication

  • Professional representation of the executive

  • Ability to analyze and respond to emerging priorities
