Communications Specialist 5
Location: Remote - EST preferred
Duration: 18 Months on W2
Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Communications Specialist 5 to join their team. As a Communications Specialist 5, you will be part of the corporate communications team supporting the program management and change management team focused on driving strategic programs to improve customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong editing and proofreading abilities, ability to build effective presentations, and skills in creating newsletters and designing SharePoint sites or using tools like Viva Engage which will align successfully in the organization.
What's the Job?
Assist corporate communications with message development, writing, and editing
Create a variety of content for platforms, ensuring quality, accuracy and effective storytelling that aligns with corporate messaging
Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data
Write and finalize monthly and annual press releases
Build artifacts, plan sessions and showcase the team's work
What's Needed?
10+ overall years of experience in the field
Proficient in all hard skill requirements
Extremely organized and proficient
Experience doing newsletters, artifacts or comms
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
