You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.
the annual base salary ranges for this position is $117,000 - $147,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Key Responsibilities
Leading development teams in a new product development environment
Ensure project performance and execution
Managing customer relationships
Schedule and milestone development/management
Understand technology employed on various programs
Develop program/project cost estimates
Baseline development
Program/project metric development and reporting
Variance analysis
Risk and opportunity development and management
Manage supplier relationships
Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, < 10%
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
5+ years of experience in Aerospace Engineering
2+ years experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
Due to export control regulations, this position requires US Citizenship status
Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment
