Administrative Assistant 3 / Executive Assistant
Job Description
Perform a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners. Manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and process business expenses. Coordinate meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations. Manage procurement of goods and services, including computer equipment, office supplies, reference materials, and vendor relationships. Provide general office support and serve as the department/group contact. Complete special projects as assigned.
Hard Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Outlook Calendaring
Minimum 5+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience
Minimum 4+ years of experience with managing headcount and/or providing team support
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Requires experience working with large tech companies

Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Redmond, Washington and some days remote.
Work Environment
Hybrid work environment with 2-3 days per week onsite in the building. Standard schedule Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime upon approval. The team culture is supportive, and everyone leans in to support each other. The team is moving to a newer building on campus with the largest cafe on campus.
