We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners. You will manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, process business expenses, and provide general office support.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements.
Process business expenses and manage procurement of goods and services.
Coordinate meetings and events, department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Provide general office support and serve as the department liaison.
Support team with calendar management, travel management, event coordination, and special projects.
Update employee central and HRInsights data.
Assist with opening requisitions and ordering equipment, including SAW machines.
Essential Skills
Minimum 2-4 years of experience with administrative support.
Experience with Office Suite and EC (Employee Central).
Experience with HRInsights.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior project coordination experience is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft technologies is advantageous.
No degree required.
Work Environment
This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with 3-4 days a week onsite at Studio A. You will work a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime. The equipment required includes a standard laptop, mouse, and headset, which will be provided by the supplier. The team focuses on data governance solutions for enterprise customers, offering an opportunity to work on a startup-like team bringing new products to market. This role provides a chance to make a significant impact and work autonomously.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00
