Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant 2 to join our dynamic team. This role supports the cloud data analytics team, consisting of around 900 members, including two sub-teams with 50 and 450 members respectively. The candidate will provide essential support to a partner-level manager with a complex calendar, handle onsite team support, manage space, facilitate travel arrangements, and coordinate events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-impact organization within a large tech company.

Hard Skills

  • Minimum 4 years experience with complex Outlook calendar support

  • Minimum 4 years experience with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

  • Minimum 3 years experience with executive/C-level support

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Strong adaptability and judgment

  • Excellent collaboration skills

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Weekly.

Work Environment

ONSITE in Redmond, WA for 5 days per week. Large, fast-paced, professional office environment.
