Job Description The Laundry Attendant is responsible for collecting, sorting, and cleaning laundry, as well as maintaining a constant supply of clean linens for the property. This role ensures high-quality laundry service for our guests and staff, contributing to an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Perform all stages of linen processing including collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading, and unloading washers and dryers, ironing, folding, pressing, storing, and delivering. Maintain cleanliness of laundry machinery and the laundry area. Ensure stock levels of linen are maintained throughout the property. Respond to guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Perform guest and employee uniform laundry services as needed. Promptly report all maintenance concerns and follow up on repairs. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain quality service by adhering to organization quality system standards. Complete other duties as assigned by the manager. Qualifications One to three months of related experience/training. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
