We are now accepting applications for a Territory Sales Representative for the Red Bank NJ Market. The Territory Sales Consultant is responsible for building the Pella brand within the trade industry as their premier choice for window and door solutions. Achieve individual sales goals through a relational selling model by providing well-rounded solutions, market expertise, and partnership by understanding customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors, architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations. Proactively seek out new customer relationships through networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings. To be successful in this role you need to be confident, outgoing individual who is self-disciplined, thrives on a challenge, and enjoys developing new and nurturing lasting B2B relationships.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Pella is required by law to include a good faith estimate of the compensation salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of job-related factors that may be considered in making compensation decisions. These may include, but are not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill sets, and qualifications; experience and training; certifications; location; relevant education; business needs and market demands. Base salary of $25K-$75K, plus commission and bonus opportunity.

Territory Sales Representative job expectations include, but not limited to the following:
Achieve sales goals by providing well-rounded solutions and market expertise
Devote over 50% of their time at customer sites generating account growth with planned quality meetings, as well as prospecting to develop new business
Build long lasting relationships with builders, contractors, architects and trade organizations using a consultative sales approach
Partner with customers to recommend and provide quotes on the appropriate products and solutions that help them grow their business
Utilize Pella's quoting and CRM software to prepare quotes and manage customer relationships
Leverage internal quoting resources to assist with quote activity
Continue to strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" business partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prefer B2B sales experience
Individual's motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements
