Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Software Engineer for a full time opportunity, with a Transportation and Logistics client. This person will work a hybrid schedule, and can sit out of the Reading, PA or Tampa, FL locations. As a Software Engineer, you will have an opportunity to be involved in the design of certain software components and suggest new products, applications and features based on industry and technological trends and

advances. You will also consult with process owners in reviewing, interpreting & developing systems in accordance with user requirements.

This person will work in a full-stack capacity, but with a heavy focus on backend technologies (80/20). They will work in a hybrid cloud environment, and work on both legacy and new applications.

Skills and Requirements

• 5-7 years Java development experience

• Strong Spring framework experience

• Microservices experience

• SQL Server background

• Understanding of Data Modeling - Strong Javascript development experience null
