Description We are in the process of adding a Customer Success Specialist to our team located in READING, Pennsylvania. This role is in the industry and offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Your main functions will involve managing customer interactions, maintaining account records, and ensuring that clients are successfully re-enrolled in our program.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, ranging from 20-50 calls per day

• Build and maintain relationships with past clients with the goal of re-enrolling them in the work program

• Ensure regular communication with re-enrolled clients for sustained engagement

• Gather and manage necessary documentation on a quarterly basis

• Utilize skills in Criminal Justice to effectively manage customer accounts and inquiries

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary

• Provide accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Uphold accurate records of customer credit data. Requirements

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills and customer service capabilities.

• Capable of handling both inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to handle complex situations and make decisions that benefit both the company and the customer.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and data.
