Compensation Range:27.50/hr - 34.00/hr plus sales bonus Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

Coordinate and execute administrative and supportive account, sales and service activities and handle questions, complaints, and requests from customers, with in company policies and procedures, in order to support the unit in realizing commercial objectives and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and be the first point of escalation for National Account Administrator team Working knowledge and understanding of EnerSys products and their applications, manufacturing processes and applicable safety & health concerns. Maintain positive customer relationships. Act as Liaison between customers, strategic account managers, strategic partners including OEMs, plants, and vendors- keeping them advised of developments, order status changes, etc Provide support to customer and field locations to resolve any problems, complaints and issues to secure repeat business Develop and oversee training for National Account Administration Team Exercising discretion and independent judgment when dealing with critical matters within the organization Professionally and effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Support internal and external customers by providing data and feedback to assist managing customer relationships. Entry of sales order as quote, provide order status, schedule ship date, actual ship date, pro number, proof of delivery, etc. Assist in resolution of order related issues, Credit Blocks, Will Advise Addresses, Past Due shipments and Rejected orders. Complete warranty claim forms, submit for review and provide customer updates Organize and lead regular meetings to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. Review sales orders for accuracy Stay current with customer requirements and service level agreements and ensure all stakeholders are informed. Work with Customer Service to ensure customer orders are entered accurately and timely. Exercise decision-making capabilities to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively. Liaise with accounts department in relation to customers with credit or invoice issues. Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

4-6 years of customer service experience Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume, multiple task industrial manufacturing environments Competent computer skills The ability to communicate orally and in writing High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SAP/Baan Knowledge of SalesForce Knowledge of INCO terms Experience with LEAN principles Strategic account management Associate or bachelor's degree
