Mobile QA Automation Engineer

$65/hr - $75/hr

This company is one of the country’s top gaming operators. They are searching for a QA Automation Engineer to support their mobile team. You’ll be working with a collaborative group of mobile engineers, assisting the team to enhance their automation processes.

The team currently uses Appium for automation and is planning to introduce Maestro for UI automation. This role focuses on testing for both iOS and Android platforms. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a technical environment and is excited to work with new and evolving testing tools.

Contract Duration: 12- 24 Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience with QA automation using Appium

  • Strong knowledge of iOS and Android testing

  • Experience with Postman for API testing

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience or familiarity with Maestro for UI automation is a plus

  • Knowledge of casino/gaming industries is beneficial but not required

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown:

  • 70% Appium automation (iOS and Android)

  • 20% Postman for API testing

  • 10% Exploring new tools (e.g., Maestro)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • 80% Hands-On mobile QA automation

  • 10% Collaboration with developers and mobile engineers

  • 10% Documentation and reporting of test results
