Compensation Range:$63,000-$78,000 Compensation may vary based on applicant's work experience, education level, skill set, and/or location.

Job Purpose

An Integration Engineer's role is todesign, implement, and maintain solutions that connect systems, software, and technologies.They are responsible for ensuring that systems work together smoothly, securely, and efficiently. Ensures all projects administered by the PMO adhere to the best practices and standard approaches for program and project management. This role also manages and promotes continuous improvement of project management related processes. Provides management and guidance to multi-functional project teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform periodic checks on projects to check the process compliance status Gather requirements with theengineering team, analyze the requirements Develop the integrated solution Identify issues and opportunity for improvement Collaborate requirements for improvement and create automation Update the solution template based on the feedback from theengineering team, train the team Debug issues identified and create tickets for the bugs and work with the vendor or PTC to fix the issues Provide support to the vendor during upgrade for evaluating the solution and define the process for upgrade for all different environments Map the fields for the software that will be migrated and work with stakeholders during migration. Create documentation for the migration/integrationthat includes field mapping and best practices Perform UAT, troubleshoot issues and work internally and externally to update the solution Develop common repositories based on the need for theengineering/test team to consolidate the requirements/test cases that can be reused. Provide guidance to the team to reduce time to market Provide technical support and develop a strategy to integrate/migrate the data with end-users and software owners during and after the dataintegrationprocess Coordinate training with stakeholders, coaching the team, ensuring they are trained to relevant processes and manage training records. Perform other PMO related duties as assigned by the Director, Project management office.

Qualifications

Minimum of an Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related technical field is required Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tool PTC Codebeamer (Mandatory), Integration Experience Work experience in scripting like Java, J2EE, JS, HTML, CSS, Python, Groovy, REST API Experience in establishing integration with HIL, SIL, MATLAB Simulink, Jenkins, SVN, GIT tools Prior EnerSys experience preferred The candidate should have an outstanding academic record, excellent organizational, interpersonal communication and written skills, strong quantitative and computer skil s Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships amongst team members. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage completion of multiple tasks effectively. Work well under pressure. COMPETENCIES: Strong/assertive verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Vital planning and prioritization skills Familiarity with Project Management, Engineering processes and quality control methods Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Suite Language Skills Above average oral and written communication skills and solid interpersonal skills. Mathematical Skills Reasoning Ability Ability to perform analysis of moderate complexity to solve problems. Ability to use advanced and special PC software packages to develop spreadsheets, database systems, reports, etc. Problem-solving skills are a must Computer Skills Advanced knowledge of computers, database systems, spreadsheet programs, word processing, basic internet, and data entry for analytical results.
