Job Description
Client in Reading, PA is seeking a mid-level Product Manager to lead their Customer Experience initiatives. This role will involve working closely with other teams to enhance their customer journey and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a background in mobile applications or websites, with proven experience in product management and a strong focus on customer success and onboarding. This position is onsite 2x a week in Reading, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Customer Experience body of work, driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
Collaborate to align product strategies and deliverables among teams.
Develop and implement strategies to support Customer Success teams and enhance customer onboarding processes.
Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Skills and Requirements
-A minimum 5+ years of Product Management/Ownership experience in mobile apps or websites
-Experience running a product team and creating the product road map
-Experience communicating and presenting to leadership and stakeholders
-Product Development experience
-Hands on working experience in Jira or Rally
-IT experience working on Agile development projects
-Experience in supporting Customer Success teams
