This position is responsible for providing clerical and office support within the Southeast Region to ensure its operations are conducted efficiently and effectively. DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Clerical Assistant 3, you will be responsible for regional purchasing and paying bills for the regional office. Additional duties will include, but not limited to issuing hunting and fishing licenses, assisting with payroll, processing permit renewals, and processing both incoming and outgoing mail. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment. Work hours are 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title); or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
