Description

We are in the process of hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for our operations in READING, Pennsylvania. This role involves being an integral part of the Accounts Payable operations. The position offers a long-term remote contract opportunity.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing invoices

• Researching and resolving Purchase Order exceptions

• Handling account reconciliation and check runs to maintain financial accuracy

• Searching for Purchase Order coding to assist in invoice processing

• Utilizing skills in Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Proactively monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary

• Efficiently resolving customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records to ensure up-to-date information is available.

Requirements

• Possession of a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices.

• Demonstrated expertise in Data Entry and Invoice Processing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Prior experience with Oracle is required.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.•
