McDonald's Shift Manager UP TO $18 Starting in RAYNHAM, Massachusetts

Shift Managers are in control of all aspects of the customer experience during any given time.

$18 Shift Managers have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience.

All Shift Managers start at a minimum of $14.50 but increase based on a variety of factors including previous management experience and availability.

We are an 18-restaurant franchise organization with approximately 800 employees in our restaurants and home office, we in fact are a tight-knit family owned and operated business. As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:

• Food Safety

• Internal Communication

• Inventory Management

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
