Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner with a proven track record of over 10 years in the Human Resources field. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR best practices and a strategic mindset to align HR initiatives with business objectives. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding PHR or SHRM certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment, and retention strategies.

  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes.

  • Develop and deliver HR training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  • Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on strategic HR business partnership.

  • Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.

  • Extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.

  • Proven experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and data.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
