Position Description

The CSRM Overnight/Weekend Supervisor provides supervision over all aspects of the operation of the Men's Shelter during their shift, including intake, "no service" decisions, and responsibility for buildings and grounds matters during their shift. Responsibilities include managing the Front Desk and supervising meals during the shift.

Summary

The CSRM Supervisor provides first-rate customer service to incoming and current guests of the CSRM, during the intake, orientation, meals and overnight portions of a guest's stay at CSRM. The Supervisors work with Front Desk personnel to insure the safety and security of all present on the premises, often working closely with law enforcement, fire department, and paramedics to ensure the health and safety of impaired individuals seeking shelter. Supervisors are generally available to resolve disputes and guest concerns regarding any aspects of their stay.
