[What You'll Be Doing: [We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building a key component of our printers, ensuring it is assembled accurately and consistently. Your work is vital to the success of our printers and customers.   • P erform detailed and repetitive assembly tasks to build a critical component of our product.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Inspect materials and processes, identifying and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all work performed.
  • Fully own the assembly process, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address and resolve any issues.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or similar detail-oriented role, such as fine tolerance fabrication and inspection (i.e. component hand soldering, building circuit boards, small pixel size display assembly, micro component manufacturing, lens manufacturing, etc.) Experience in a clean room environment is a plus.
