TekSystems is currently hiring for a Medical Scheduler in the Randallstown, MD area!

MUST HAVE: Any call center, receptionist, or scheduling experience, healthcare is a plus! Must be willing to work Mon- Friday 2:30 PM- 11:30 PM!

Job Description:

• The Medical Scheduler will handle patient scheduling, transferring calls, and emergency overhead paging.

• Will be monitoring rooms and when someone rings the bell they answer to see what the patient needs.

• Required to follow-up on all calls and ensure things get done for the patient.

• Calls will be inbound and high volume.

• This position is fully on-site in Randallstown, and will be within the evening shift.

• This is a full-time, 6 month contract to hire opportunity with benefits!

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Willingness to complete a 3 minute onscreen typing test (30+ WPM minimum)

• Open to candidates with strong call center/switchboard/operator, or receptionist experience.

• Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
