Robert Half is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal for a growing law firm in Racho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal Family Law Paralegal will have at least two years of experience in family law matters, supporting attorneys in divorce proceedings, child custody matters, division of assists and paternity suits. Duties will include preparing judicial counsel forms, preparing pleadings, gathering evidence and supporting documents for client files, scheduling appearances and preparing routine correspondence. Family Law experience is required to received consideration. However, a paralegal certificate is not required.
