Description

We are on the lookout for an efficient Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department. The responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment process, onboarding new hires, providing administrative and clerical support, and contributing to the development of HR procedures and policies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding procedures.

• Provide administrative support for HR executives.

• Organize, compile, update personnel records and documentation.

• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.

• Communicate with internal and external clients.

  Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources role.

• Familiarity with HR functions and proficiency in MS Office.

• Knowledge of labor laws.

• Demonstrated strong organizational skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
