Job Title: CNC Lathe Operator

Job Description

Seeking a diligent CNC Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a bar fed 5 axis Lathe and 2 axis lathe, running multiple machines simultaneously, checking parts with inspection tools, and documenting their work. The opportunity includes performing 1-3 setups per shift, dependent on capability. Training and teaching for setups are available for those who demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn. This role requires working in a structured yet relaxed production environment.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Anoka, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large warehouse setting, which can be somewhat dirty. The facilities are spread across three buildings in two locations, with the main facility located in Anoka. Work shifts available are 1st shift: 6:30am - 3pm Monday to Friday, and 2nd Shift: 3:30pm- 2am Monday to Thursday
