The purpose of this role is to consult with business leaders and work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (such as ET, TIP, Risk, HR, Finance, etc.) to design and execute sustainable talent solutions that align to business talent strategy, strategic workforce initiatives, and teammate engagement efforts. Depending on workflow and type of business requirements, may provide a variety of work, such as project or program management, data analysis, workforce metrics and reporting, job architecture, talent insight remediation efforts, teammate engagement strategy, change management, or communications. May be focused on one area of expertise, depending on business need. Works closely with key stakeholders to advance ET workforce management, tools, and dashboards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Direct accountability to Enterprise Technology Talent Enablement and Strategy (TES) team for active participation in TES routines and execution of deliverables.

  • Application of enterprise-wide and TES directives for application to business unit.

  • Responsible for management and execution of ET Talent Management framework workforce initiatives.

  • Provide feedback on business needs to TES and Human Capital Enablement Partners to inform Human Resource and ET Talent Management Program processes.

  • Lead projects or programs for strategic talent, workforce, and teammate engagement related business initiatives with high risks and resource impacts.

  • Routinely works directly with technology leaders, their teams, and functional partners on strategic talent initiatives and to identify strategic talent business solutions.

  • Impact a range of client, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.

  • Provide a new perspective on existing solutions to solve complex problems.

  • Explain and interpret complex, difficult, or sensitive information.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7 to 10n years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of principles, practices, theories, and/or methodologies associated with the professional discipline (e.g., information technology, project management, finance, risk management, human resources, etc.).

  • Understands foundational concepts of other related professional disciplines.

  • Experience managing small projects.

  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders. Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates.
