Location: Chapel Hill, NC

Essential Job Duties:

Provide essential administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations and customer service. Specific duties include, but not limited to:

• Manage Center Director’s calendar

• Coordinate in-person and virtual meetings and events

• Responsible for meeting minutes

• Manages and orders supplies for the center; tracking and keeping in line with annual budget

• Manages maintenance requests and assist with facility and inventory management

• Checks, distributes, and send mails and faxes

• Supports finance team with processing invoices and

• Submits and manages IT requests for the department

• Serves as parking permit coordinator for the Center

• Occasional special project coordination for Center staff and PIs

Other Work/Responsibilities:

Other Business Office administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Microsoft Office (to include Microsoft Teams/Zoom) , Virtual Meeting/Presentation Skills, Excellent Verbal/Written communication, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment, Problem-solving, Willingness to learn.
