Essential Job Duties:

Job Duties:

UTS -100% remote Travel Program Associate at UNC CH

Position Description/Primary Purpose: This position will be responsible for reviewing and approving travel expense submissions within the Concur system. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Processes expense reports and reimbursement requests within established department guidelines and with knowledge of operational processes and procedures

  • Ensures submissions are compliant with university, state and federal policies as appropriate

  • Ensure appropriate supporting documentation is provided

  • Research and references policies as needed to address questions

  • Operational support of payment card programs as time permits

Required Qualifications:

Required Skills: Essential Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Strong customer service through both written and verbal communication. Proficient in the Concur travel reimbursement system.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with expense report submissions for accurate documentation and information requirements. Knowledge of university, state and federal policies for compliance purposes. Ability to identify process errors and escalate issues as necessary.
