Description

We are in search of a creative and talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to transform complex ideas into engaging and intuitive design solutions. The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with multiple teams, including marketing, engineering, and product management, to create innovative, user-friendly products.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding our user base and designing interfaces that meet their needs.

• Collaborating with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

• Creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

• Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

• Conducting user research and evaluating user feedback to establish best practices.

• Maintaining and enhancing our UI design standards, guidelines, and best practices.

• Testing and updating previously designed user-interfaces and experiences.

• Presenting designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders and guide the collection, synthesis, and implementation of feedback.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills.

• Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

• A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject is a plus.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
