Honeywell **Sr Inside Sales Representative in Raleigh, North Carolina

As an Inside Sales professional at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. Your expertise in inside sales, relationship building, and strategic thinking will directly impact the company's sales performance and contribute to its overall business success.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you will work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company. By effectively executing sales strategies and building strong customer relationships, you will drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and contribute to the company's financial success. Your ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell as a leader in the industry and drive the company's growth and competitiveness in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales quotas

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions

• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

  • Experience working with CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), managing sales pipeline and opportunity funnel

  • Work experience in large matrixed organization, managing complex technical sales and supply chain

  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
