Job Description

Fulcrum Consulting, an LRS company is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with our client in Raliegh, North Carolina.

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team, working closely with the vendor FIS on various projects. This role requires a deep understanding of FIS modules, data mapping, and conversions, particularly in Web CSR or similar FIS products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with FIS, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the vendor FIS on data mapping, conversions, and integration of FIS systems into business processes.

• Analyze business requirements, develop detailed specifications, and create functional requirements for the development of FIS-based solutions.

• Lead the design, testing, and deployment of data mapping solutions for FIS modules such as Web CSR or others.

• Serve as a liaison between the business teams and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of FIS solutions into existing systems.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to understand business needs, gather requirements, and present technical solutions.

• Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of FIS-related projects.

• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues during FIS conversions or data migration processes.

• Support UAT and create detailed test plans and scenarios based on business and technical requirements.

• Ensure compliance with internal standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on working with FIS solutions (data mapping, conversions, Web CSR, or similar modules).

• Strong understanding of FIS products and their implementation in the financial industry.

• Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.

• Expertise in FIS data mapping, conversion processes, and integrations with other financial systems.

• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, test cases, and UAT documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment:

• Hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days a week in the office based in Raleigh, NC.
