Job Description

The Request Management Manager is the primary resource responsible for management and governance of handling and fulfillment of service requests through the ServiceNow service catalog. This role involves overseeing the request management process oversight, using data to manage, optimize, and improve the request management process, and collaborating with stakeholders as required to enhance the effectiveness of IT Service Delivery.

Skills and Requirements

* ITIL certification

* Experience with Request Management in an enterprise level environment.

* Familiarity with ServiceNow, particularly the request management module and Service Catalog.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

* Experience in developing and implementing Request Management strategies. null
