Red Hat Principal Salesforce Business Systems Analyst in Raleigh, North Carolina

Ensure integrations between multiple systems in Red Hat are always functional and debug any issues in production systems not limited to Salesforce /Apttus applications. Work on strategic projects that will ensure long term scalability of systems in Red Hat and perform impact and gap analysis of existing or new proposals to ensure it meets business needs.

*Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed in any location in the U.S.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical options for implementation.

  • Present technical feasibility and options to business stakeholders for final signoff and implementation.

  • Document Functional specification documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and review with business stakeholders and technical delivery team members and provide knowledge transfer IT production support team on any completed projects.

  • Ensure data is flowing between systems as expected and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure current integration solutions are scalable in the long term.

  • Document any process diagrams, flow charts, sequence diagrams and save them on the source and aid the Tier 1 production support team to help resolve production issues as needed.

  • Debug issues and provide an optimal solution to fix the issue in salesforce/Apttus.

  • Assist other business systems analyst within IT sales to help resolve problems and stay up to date on trending technologies to provide optimal solutions to complex problems and be part of the team contributing to a project.

  • Propose new apps / tools to solve a business need and review with both IT and business stakeholders.

  • Use salesforce reports and dashboards, analytics tools and salesforce schema diagrams to analyze business requirements and provide feedback to the IT team or business stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

  • Must have five (5) years of experience with complex application development projects involving design, development and implementation to support sales processes based on customer needs for a global organization;

  • Must have five (5) years of experience with Implementing, configuring, and administering the Salesforce CRM application;

  • Must have five (5) years of experience with Evaluating, selecting, implementing, and integrating technology tools into Salesforce CRM;

  • Must have five (5) years of experience with Working in an agile software development lifecycle, assisting the team with business requirement documentation and test plan and test case documentation;

  • Must have five (5) years of experience with communicating with stakeholders across different cross-functional teams;

  • Must have five (5) years of analytical experience, particularly in the areas of data analysis, data migration, and system integration.

The salary range for this position is $120,661 - $170,500. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience
