Summary of Position:

The Marketing Enablement Analyst is a member of the Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Marketing Data Enablement. This position is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders shaping and delivering data driven, integrated customer and banker experiences by ensuring the Marketing delivery teams have sufficient detail to deliver on projects, work requests, other deliverables, as well as becoming proficient with existing systems and processes to produce documentation detailing all processes and integrations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about creating an organized and collaborative environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current and future business processes, using wireframes, user stories, and formal business requirements documentation.

  • Quickly understand business context and goals and our technical capabilities and process infrastructure.

  • Define and prioritize critical business and solution requirements

  • Improve processes and increases efficiency by studying current business practices, current business software applications, and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency, both technical and non-technical.

  • Participate in unit and system testing.

  • Work with cross-functional teammates to follow standard operating procedures to test and validate data processes for quality and accuracy.

  • Support line of business functions and markets through mastery of business relationship management, to include banker book of business and sales process enablement through the application of quality data through CRM, other banker facing applications while ensuring the needs of the business are being met.

Related Qualities:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within a marketing or technology environment.

  • Great verbal and written communication skills, communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills, communicating complex findings in a clear and understandable manner

  • Be customer focused on understanding and appropriately drive innovative solutions.

  • The ability to successfully partner with multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fluid environment while managing multiple priorities

  • Provides a high level of accuracy on deliverables and communication, even under pressure.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while take initiative and accountability for achieving results.

  • Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

Important Knowledge and Skills:

  • Data Platforms & Tools: Dun and Bradstreet ecosystem, Alteryx, PowerBi, and Tableau are a plus.

  • Banking and Financial Services: Domain knowledge related to retail banking, digital banking.

  • Documentation: Microsoft Office Tools, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana is a plus.
