Job Description

We are seeking a Site Foreman to meet rapidly growing demand for our design-build Geopier foundation systems, slope reinforcement technology, Rapid Impact Compaction ground improvement system, retaining walls, arch structures, and sound wall applications in the eastern states, including MD, DC, VA, NC, PA, NY, and NJ. The candidate must be willing to train with an existing Foreman in a Quality Control position until the Superintendent is comfortable with their experience, knowledge, and skill level. This position requires travel to each project site and supervision of a crew in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training new employees, planning, assigning and directing work, assessing, rewarding and coaching employees, and creating a highly performing team that takes pride in their daily accomplishments.
