Our successful candidate will have a clear driving record, reliable transportation, be able to work the occasional evenings and weekends as needed to support our students at exciting campus events. *Salary is at the HIGH END of the range** A strong background in facilities management with emphasis on HANDS ON ENGINEERING Experience with HVAC, Boilers, and Chillers is critical to success in the role.

What You'll Do

• Lead maintenance team and help develop our front-line hourly team into our next generation of salaried managers

• Manage building automation systems throughout the campus

• Work during North Carolina's inclement weather as needed
