ManpowerGroup Event Registration Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina
Our client in the IT industry is seeking an Event Registration Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, the ability to take initiative, and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
Job Title: Event Registration Manager
Location: Remote w/travel to 4-5 events per year
Pay Range: $72,000 annually + benefits, 401K with match, PTO, paid holidays and $500/year towards certifications
What's the Job?
Manage pre-event registration including website creation, event registration, and pre-event preparation to on-site registration (as requested) and post-event survey and reporting
Create and develop customized registration strategies and workflows
Configure and maintain event registration software or systems, ensuring they meet event requirements, including mobile app and other technology platforms if applicable
Coordinate on-site registration processes as requested, including badge printing, materials distribution, and payment handling
Be the “face” representation of the client’s brand on site – especially important when technology is the only service provided
What's Needed?
2-3 years of event registration experience in a corporate or technology company.
Experience in event registration management or a related field
Excellent organizational skills
Cvent or JiffleNow experience
Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
