Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a E-Learning Developer for one of our top clients in Raleigh, NC!

As an E-Learning Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing interactive online learning content for our client's workforce. Leveraging your expertise in instructional design and e-learning development tools, you will create engaging and impactful training materials that align with organizational goals and learning objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify learning needs and objectives.

  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and resources using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

  • Create visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, animations, simulations, and assessments.

  • Ensure learning materials are accessible and comply with industry standards and best practices for web accessibility.

  • Integrate gamification and other interactive elements to enhance learner engagement and retention.

  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure functionality and usability across different devices and platforms.

  • Update and maintain existing e-learning content based on feedback and performance analysis.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.

  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.

  • Strong visual design skills and ability to create engaging multimedia content.

  • Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
