Summary of Position
The Director of Product for Enterprise Solutions is a leadership role responsible for driving the strategic direction, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade products and solutions. These solutions include account management, enterprise data management, ecommerce, reporting, and SSO. We are seeking a seasoned product professional to help us expand the B2B capabilities we provide to our enterprise buyers and to support our internal finance, customer success, and sales teams in selling our cyber security training products and services globally. The ideal candidate has a passion for building and developing people and teams and executing the product lifecycle to deliver enterprise solutions that align with market needs, business objectives, and customer expectations. The ability to nurture a collaborative environment consistent with SANS culture is critical, as is deep experience implementing ecommerce integrations and enterprise software solutions that increase efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision:
· Define and articulate the product vision and strategy for enterprise solutions in alignment with the company’s overall goals.
· Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to create a robust product roadmap.
Product Development:
· Manage the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
· Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, solutions that meet enterprise-level security, compliance, and performance standards.
Market and Customer Focus:
· Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product requirements.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to position the enterprise training products effectively in the market.
Team Leadership:
· Build and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
· Implement processes and best practices to drive efficiency and alignment across engineering, customer success, sales, and finance.
Performance Metrics:
· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success including customer satisfaction scores, adoption rates, and revenue growth.
· Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Stakeholder Management:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership regarding business systems and enterprise initiatives.
· Identify and prioritize growth opportunities aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications
· 12+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful business systems integrations and enterprise software solutions that resulted in an increase in efficiency or revenue growth.
· 10+ years of progressive experience managing and developing people and teams, including direct managerial experience hiring and mentoring product managers.
· Strong understanding of enterprise software, SaaS platforms, and B2B markets.
· Proven ability to drive product innovation and scale solutions globally.
· Ability to execute large, strategic initiatives with company level impact on the product and business.
· Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving complex enterprise challenges.
· The ability to navigate ambiguity and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
· Demonstrated business acumen and history of accountability and performance delivery, leading teams to meet or exceed objectives.
· Multi-year track record of efficiently partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
· Deep experience connecting enterprise solutions to customers and business value.
· Superior communication and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools.
· Comfortable working in a virtual organization with some travel
· Fluent in English, particularly in written communications
Preferred Qualifications
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer).
· Experience working with global sales organizations
· PMP Certification
· Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management.
Reporting Relationships
This position reports to the Head of Product Management and has direct reports.
Work Environment
This position is full-time remote and requires working during US/EST business hours. 20-25% travel to company events and customer meetings is required.

The base salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $220,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and years of experience. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
