Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency, build brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across all online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various online channels such as social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website.

• Optimize and manage company website and social media pages to increase the visibility of the company’s online content.

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand digital trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

• Monitor and analyze efficiency of marketing campaigns using different analytics tools.

• Create engaging and interactive online content and constantly innovate to garner high engagement.

• Collaborate with team members to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.

• Manage all paid campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

• Coordinate with the sales team to align digital marketing strategies with sales activities.

• Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to legal guidelines and company policies.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practice.

• Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and Content Management Systems.

• Proficient in marketing automation technology and social media platforms.

• Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and boosts engagement.

• Understanding of web design, web development, and their impact on marketing performance.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
