Actalent Clinical Research Director Of Marketing in Raleigh, North Carolina

Director of Clinical, Business DevelopmentResponsibilities

  • Assist in daily marketing tasks as needed to achieve objectives

  • Work closely with Business Development to ensure marketing objectives are aligned

  • Develop and implement marketing strategy plans

  • Ensure company marketing standards are achieved

  • Plan and coordinate conferences for Business Development Team attendance, exhibiting, and speaking opportunities

  • Develop and maintain processes for the marketing team

  • Maintain and develop content for social media pages

  • Assist in writing content as needed (Press Releases, Blogs, etc.)

  • Develop and design marketing collateral

  • Manage and direct a team of 5 marketing professionals

Qualifications

  • Must have 5 years of CRO experience

  • 5 years of marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing or equivalent experience

  • Previous management experience

  • Digital marketing

  • Marketing strategy

  • Social media

  • Project management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-motivation and proactive deadline achievement

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Strong team orientation

  • Solid computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and other design platforms

  • Experience with SEO, Social Media platforms, Design, and Content writing

Work Environment

The position is based in Overland Park, KS but open to remote arrangements. The work environment is dynamic, involving the use of various technologies and design platforms.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $155000.00

The client will give each employee a 10% bonus at year two of employment. Client offers full benefits. Client has great benefits.
