Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC seeks Senior Specialist, Software Engineering in Rahway, NJ to design and configure global trade compliance processes in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) & SAP Order to Cash (OtC) modules. Develop and implement end-to-end trade compliance solutions, including import/export compliance, customs management, risk management, and trade document management. Design and implement end-to-end order management solutions, including order entry, pricing, delivery processing, billing, and payment management. Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement and automation in GTS and OtC. Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP GTS & OtC modules, including monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues. Collaborate with business users to provide training and support, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of SAP GTS & SAP OtC.
